Blast szn continues as onchain farmers harvest the L2’s abstracted token incentives (Points and Gold) through free/refundable mints across several apps, like this one from Zeneca.
It’s similar to OSF’s Blast mint from last week, except Zeneca is using Blastr to make it a paid, refundable mint instead of outright free (you can read more on Blastr here).
We don’t highlight all of Blast’s farming mints, but this is one of the more popular ones recently.
Ethereum NFT collectors, I know the ultrasound money non-fungibles market has been looking dreary, but at long last our savior is here, mein schatz, Mercedes-Benz.
Jokes aside, this is another official release from the German carmaker, the second in their Icons line which we originally talked about last August.
Since then, it looks like they’ve significantly cut the supply and mint price, but you’re still buying corporate, digital-only 3D car models made by the company’s design team with no plans for them other than being browseable collectibles in your OpenSea profile page.
Only for the most diehard of G-Wagon fans.
If there’s any segment where generative art could make a big comeback, it’s probably Ordinals, and it might come from a drop like this.
It mixes physical painting and generative algorithms from Billy Restey (an Ordinals OG) and Gabe Weiss (a trad artist who’s had NFT success with collections like 2022’s The Stoics).
You bring your own sat and it gets fused with one of Weiss’s cubist paintings, generating a new artwork. Almost like bringing an empty canvas to an artist's studio, which is interesting.
AI art platform BrainDrops just announced their next release as this post-photography drop by pseudonymous artist Pop Punk, who’s experienced a lot of success this year with collections like Rubber.
Climbing Through My Brain features a collection of stills that visualize your cerebro in artworks that are as varied, convoluted, and bizarre as the thoughts it might conjure up.
Even though Braindrops’s last collection from April has yet to sell out, and we have seen similar post-photography collections over the past year like Fellowship’s various shows, I could still see collectors liking this, thanks in part to the artist’s large fanbase.
